TALAN's Origin

The word TALAN comes from the Mayan dialect and it is used to describe that which is decent, respectable, and honest. This origin is not merely symbolic, but rather a declaration of principles: to do things with clarity, responsibility, and a high standard of quality. To do things right.

This concept originates a proposal for human and professional development aimed at providing knowledge and skills that enable people to navigate their reality effectively, develop healthy relationships, and participate with greater maturity in personal, professional, and institutional environments.

Acerca de AV.png

Alejandro Vargas has built his career at the intersection of education, training, human development, institutional management, and financial literacy. His work has focused on a single ability: transforming technical knowledge into clear, practical, and actionable learning experiences.

His background combines a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Applied Mathematics, a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance, and complementary studies in Leadership, Results-Based Management, and Neuroscience. This foundation allows him to integrate analysis, pedagogical structure, and practicality in the design of training programs.

His experience began in educational and community programs in Sacramento, California, where the idea that would define his approach was born: effective training does not begin with the transmission of information, but with the creation of conditions of trust, participation, and skill development.

Over time, this vision expanded to include university teaching, consulting, public administration, and professional development. He has taught at institutions such as UVM, Universidad Anáhuac, UPAEP, and Preparatoria UCO, covering topics such as leadership, marketing, economics, research, business administration, and professional English. He has also designed and delivered training programs on results-based management, diversity and inclusion, psychosocial risk factors, financial literacy, investments, and professional development.

In his most recent role, he served as an instructional designer, focusing his experience on designing and delivering training content for financial professionals, investors, and the general public. During this period, he consolidated a work methodology centered on needs assessment, pre- and post-training evaluation, continuous content improvement, and program adaptation to diverse audience profiles.

His value proposition lies in designing training with technical rigor, didactic clarity, and a practical orientation. Alejandro works with institutions and teams to transform complex information into actionable intelligence aligned with strategic objectives. His experience allows him to work with diverse audiences, identify real training needs, and build programs that strengthen both professional performance and the quality of human relations within the organization.
